Prior to joining Frezza & Partners, Leonardo was Partner in Ray & Berndtson. Earlier he was Partner in Heidrick & Struggles for 10 years, and Human Resources and Organization Director at three different companies: Massey Ferguson, Recordati and Pfizer. He began his career at Confindustria (General Confederation of Italian Industry). Leonardo received a degree in Literature from Rome University. Leonardo is the author of “Pharmaceutical Companies” (1994), “In Search of the Drug” (1997), “Pharmaceutical Industry & Management” (2005), “Biotech stories” (2011). It has been published his last work “Business, Science and Drugs” (2015).
Prior to joining Frezza & Partners, Lorenzo has consolidated his experience in executive roles in the HR and Organization function serving multinational and domestic companies in different industries. In his last position he was assistant to the CEO of Ferrovie dello Stato in charge of the project of strategic resources of the group. Before he was VP Human Resources of Indesit Group, coming from leading HR at Sara Lee, Johnson & Johnson, Playtex and Ford. He started his career at Procter & Gamble with cross functional assignments , including IT, Manufacturing and HR. Lorenzo holds a degree in Economics in Bocconi University.
Giovanni has developed his professional career at international level both in the pharmaceutical and in the management consulting industries, building his competence in marketing, sales and market access. He started working for Eli Lilly in Germany and in the UK as a Manager of a Sales & Marketing European Project, moving thereafter to Bristol Myers Squibb in the USA and later in Italy as a European Marketing Manager. Afterwards he joined the management consulting arena working for Arthur D. Little International, IMS Health Consulting Group (UK), as a Director, Executive Insight (Switzerland) and HBI as a Partner. He holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Genoa and an MBA from SDA Bocconi and University of Michigan Business School.
Graduated in Political Science and in Graphology, began working as an officer in the Italian Air Force covering operational and staff roles for 4 years.
During the university period he acted as a journalist dealing with news and internal politics.
He worked in the professional family of human resources for thirty years: in Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson Company as Safety, Training, Recruiting & Development Manager; in Poste Italiane Group as Recruiting Director, Personnel Manager in Lombardia and Project manager on operational initiatives; as HR Director in a private aeronautical group (Aeroservices); as HR Director at the University Campus bio-medico di Roma; as HR consultant at AlfaSystems, an IT company.
In the last period he directed one of the most prestigious sports clubs in Rome, the CT EUR and he founded with other partners and managed some health care companies (consultancy and medical and nursing assistance) currently chairing MedCare srl.
Before joining Frezza&Partners, Sabrina was Supervisor Project Leader in Telecom Italia. She has also covered the role of Training Coordinator for Telecom Italia – Alice Adsl staff at the International Rome Airport “Leonardo Da Vinci”. An Interpreter and Translator for English and French, she has lived and studied in Ramsgate (UK) and Menton (France). Sabrina started her professional career at Heidrick & Struggles International – Rome office – as Assistant for French and English contacts with the Company Head Quarter based in Paris. She subsequently covered the role of Key Account American Express – Direct Selling at Fiumicino Airport and Univers Group for travel, incentives, events and medical congresses. Sabrina is currently Personal Assistant and Senior Researcher, responsible for the organization of the General Manager’s meetings, agenda, travel as well as Screening, Search and Selection delivery processes.
Graduated in Economics, with a master Degree in Labour Market, Industrial Relations and Welfare Systems, Francesca starts her professional career dealing with companies reorganization and contracts analysis. Her academic career, oriented to HR Management and Developing, leads her in Frezza&Partners in 2014. Thanks to senior consultants support and to constant training, as HR Specialist and Recruiter She is currently responsible for Screening, Search and Selection delivery processes, as well as Leadership Advisory services, supporting the other Partners
