Digital Customer Engagement Manager

Jefferson Wells Lifesciences Division on behalf of Almirall - multinational pharma company - is looking for a:Digital Customer Engagement ManagerAlmirall has consolidated international coverage on a global scale thanks to owned subsidiaries and sales agreements. Their consolidated growth and expertise ensures their positioning as a global reference in skincare. Their product portfolio is available in more than 70 countries. Role Objectives:

  • Support Marketing and other internal functions to integrate activities, solutions and digital channels to the overall customer engagement strategy
  • Contribute to the definition of the best channel mix to support the implementation of the omni-channel marketing strategy
  • Cooperate to monitor the effectiveness of the adopted solutions and to improve the development of the integrated omni-channel plan
  • Facilitate the cross-functional dialogue to identify and define the contents to be developed, in line with customer insights and Marketing/BU objectives
  • Work with other functions on the continuous improvement of adoption of digital solutions and digital evangelization

 

Main areas of accountability:

  • Contents development: Facilitating of cross-functional dialogue and interactions to identify the REAN (Reach, Engage, Active, Nurture) topics for the specific customer targets. Selection of the provider(s) that best suits the development of the editorial plan and the content delivery;
  • Digital Channels Management & Integration: Support to the implementation of the omni-channel marketing strategy, defining the digital channels that best suits the development of an integrated execution plan;
  • Measurement & Control: Evaluation of the effectiveness of the adopted solutions, designing and structuring ad-hoc measurement frameworks that enhance the internal and external data in an omni-channel perspective to support Marketing and the digital strategy.

 

Profilo

The ideal candidate:

  • Master Degree
  • Previous experience in similar role (2-4 years)
  • Knowledge of Dermatology Therapeutic area (nice to have)
  • English fluent
  • Problem solving, determined, target oriented

 The role is based in Milan.Full time, permanent contract.
